Shipping policy

Letters are sent every month following the month of payment around the 13th of the month. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Orders are sent without tracking to keep the price accessible for all. It may take up to 4 weeks for your letter to arrive, depending on where you live (I am shipping from Belgium). 

Ex: if you pay anywhere between August 1st and 31st - you have paid for the September issue and it will ship around September 13. Your next payment will happen automatically on September 20th for the October issue.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do that anytime before the 20th of any month.
